Got the item and it didn’t work probably from shipping and handling (we all seen those videos of them throwing packages). So I contacted the seller and they said that they would fix it or replace with another unit. Only thing that was kind of a headache was the process of the return. Other than that great customer service and the seller fixed the problem and now the radio works perfectly. Would definitely do business again.

    best buy i got all year awesome sound gotta love alpine

    excellent car stereo bought for my sons 18th birthday as picking as teens are about their music and equipment my son is very happy with the results of this stereo, it has everything that he desired including being able to attach his ipod to this system. thumbs 10x would recommend.

    fantastic!!!!!!

    I love this radio. Now I get to listen to what I want when I want to. No more driving somewhere and loosing my favorite radio station. Slick design and it was easy to install. I recommend it for everyone.
