Napkins were new and arrived in their original packages. Because of this, the seller was probably unaware that these napkins had both red stripes (which faced the see through packaging) and navy stripes (hidden by the way the napkins were folded). I won't be using them for a Valentine gathering, as originally intended, but they'll be perfect for upcoming national holidays. So I am keeping them. Nice quality napkins and fair pricing. Thank you.
