Arrived UNDAMAGED! I LOVE the cup. Now, as for the packaging???? It was VERY WELL packaged; however, this may sound weird; but this VERY WELL PACKAGED product, seemed to communicate MORE, which told me a LOT about the seller! It was packaged with LOVE!!! It brightened my day. She obviously put out EXTRA money for the packaging; a GREAT cheerful box, with cheerful internal protection to protect the cup, in addition. It would be difficult to understand, without seeing it for yourself.
