My primary complaint is how they shipped a matted photograph-they used a flattened cardboard box with no rigid board. And no plastic bag around the print, which is a Cibachrome and has a delicate surface. Clearly they are novices when it comes to flat art shipping. It was dumb luck it wasn’t destroyed.
