I tried to work it out and offered many solutions but felt threatened by delay of refund if I sent them back so I still have them.
One of the responses was,
"Don't cry just because you were decieved. Watch what you buy man!"
All the coins were taped together in a wadded up mass I still haven't untaped them all.

I won auction and paid, they marked it as sent, but they sent nothing. They marked it as USPS, and I have informed delivery and know when anything is being sent to me. I asked for the tracking number, and they didnt respond back. I just opened an item not received, and am waiting for eBay to refund me. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKS. I paid on the 3rd, and as of the 15th nothing has arrived, and no communication from the seller. BEWARE!
