The seller negotiated an offer at a fair price for this rare item. It was well packaged, arrived as described, in a reasonable time, and in the original unopened box with only apparent normal box storage wear and tear. The items inside the box appeared undamaged. But the RC vehicle does not operate, apparently due to not being charged for many years. The seller could not test the item since it was sold unopened. Unfortuanely the seller does not offer returns/refunds. A learning experience.
