Provides a freedom..
My husband's incontinence is difficult to keep up with, but we discovered that cutting a hole in the bottom of the TENA super overnight pad and then placing the pad inside his incontinence underwear (plus a plastic pants over the underwear) provides him with enough coverage to go to appointments with doctors and dentists. Before using this, he would have embarrassing experiences.
