    I'm in love

    I don't usually write reviews, but I adore this machine. I work a physically labor intensive job and with prior knee and hip injuries sometimes that can be even more challenging. I feel great using this. I'm even becoming more fitness oriented and you can really benefit from workouts on this plate. Or if you've had a rough day, just stand on it. It's great. I've used it every day for over a month. It's so quiet it doesn't tick off the neighbor and I find I'm even in a better mood after. It's sturdy, easy to put together, and I got an amazing price on this and shipping was even faster than I was expecting. I basically impulse bought this and honestly I'm so glad I did.
