Multivitamin that actually does the job.
I know it’s another pill to take, but if you have to have it at least take the one that does the job. I recommend this vitamin for all of you that have had the bypass surgery.

No Effective Delivery Of Nutrients
The vitamin comes in a plastic or gelatin capsule that does not break down in my stomach. I don't feel like the nutrients get into my system. I think my body just gets rid of the pill in the colon whole, because I felt no benefit, unfortunately.

I've had my mini gastric bypass Feb 2019, i am happy with losing 40kg since then!! I started taking this multivitamin following a recommendation from my dietitian who told me that it has everything i need as far as the daily requirements goes. My blood test 2 months after starting to take these pills is great! all within the norm so i'm happy. Also there is no taste and the size is ok so it's easy to swallow.
