A must have for anyone with regular soreness or the weekend warrior
Well worth the $25-30 investment. Saves the mess of ice, stays cold, shapes itself to the body. I've been using on the regular (and my 18 yo son) and we've had no issues with toughness or punctures. It does take a while to "freeze" once its been used. But you'll find yourself icing daily because of the ease of use. Just throw it on and wrap it. Best cold pack
I need to ice knee for a recent knee replacement and have tried many cold packs. This is the only one that stays really cold for a long time. It can easily be molded t conform to body parts. I highly recommend it.
