The wheelchair was quickly shipped - arrived in a banged up box, but no damage inside. Super easy to set up, the footrests are easy to put on or take off for placing in the backseat or trunk. The footrests are plastic not metal, but no issues so far. My husband is 6 foot 3, so got the 20 inch wide seat which has plenty of room for him. The armrests come off if necessary. We've used it several times now with no problems. The company warranty was a big reason for purchasing this brand, although hopefully I won't have to use it. There's a pocket on the back of the wheelchair, but when someone is in the chair it really can't be used. The chair rolls easily on hard surfaces, and not too bad on carpeted floors and feels very sturdy and well balanced.
