I take benfotiamine, alpha lipodic acid, in combination with homemade teas. Foraging leaves. This combination maintains my glucose and blood pressure levels in normal ranges. I no longer need ortake medication.

Seems to be good value compared to other similar products on the market. Our body needs Benfotiamine as it is the other version of thiamine (vitamin B1) that dissolved in fat, so body can keep and utilize it for longer time. This vitamin is particularly important for Pre-diabetes people.
