The CD came extremely filthy dirty and a big scratch. I cannot recommend from these people I’m sorry very disappointing. I have not contacted them as it’s not worth it. It’s just a CD but it is disappointing when something comes. You would’ve at least thought they would’ve opened it and cleaned it and checked it.

    Upgrade older equipment

    This CPU cost me around $5 - but was a lot better than the existing single-core processor I had in my HP server. So, for a very affordable price, I was able (after a bit of research) to find a nice upgrade and help my 5 year old media server work a little better.

    Good processor to be used for upgrade of HP MSS

    I bought the item with the intention of upgrading the CPU in my HP MediaSmart Server EX485. Since the Bios of this proprietary machine ise by default set for this type of M0 / SLAY7 CPU, the upgrade went smoothly with no hacks necessary. I recommend it and it gave my server a great boost at a low cost.
