I have a special place in my heart for the Pentium III processor, especially the ones around 1ghz speed. Although the Tualatins are a little faster than this Coppermine, I'm unable to discern a difference while running most games. This is one of the faster Pentium IIIs, but not quite the fastest. New for new, it is cheaper than a Tualatin, and it completely smokes an equivalent Celeron, in my humble opinion. I have thoroughly tested a used one, and recently acquired a new, retail box one for a new project. At half the price of a new, retail box Tualatin, I would recommend it.
This version of the Pentium III has 256K cache and runs at 133 MHz. If you have a motherboard that meets these specs. The Pentium III 933 is still a great little workhorse.
