For starters, communication with the seller was quick and friendly although it caught me off guard when they asked for a photo of the front of my car and the vin. I provided a photo but did not provide the vin.
The product arrived well packaged and complete. I was really curious about the grill because of inconsistent photos from all sellers. The grill is well made with crisp line borders on the chrome. Installation was tedious and the grill was a perfect fit. Happy with seller and product.

The seller sent me an used part with defects. From the looks of the defect, it was intentionally broken off. When contacting the seller, they stalled for time and blamed it on the shipping. There's nothing wrong with the shipping because the box came intact and there were no loose parts within the box, therefore, the plastic part coun't not have been damaged during the shippping. And they are stalling for time to claim from the shipping company. I would not recommend this shop!
