When i received the package the box had a lot of damage and appeared to be missing parts. upon calling and talking to customer service it was in fact the system was shipped in two separate packages. i have since received the other package and its all pieces accounted for. customer service was great to talk to . Fast shipping good price ordered on monday arrived on Wednesday but listing said from Connecticut but this was shipped from the manufacturer in Greensboro North Carolina the Box looks like it has been shipped around before tape on both ends and around the middle both ends of the muffler look like they have been dropped while in the Box during shipment
