The item was not described with all the dimensions, it will only work for the very small bottles, less then an inch in diameter. That detail was not mentioned in the description. The item was 22.00 shipped and of course the seller accepts returns if you pay for it. Which cost 20.00 to return. Definitely will not buy from this seller again.
