Damaged box, missing part: See photos. A hole in the box apparently allowed one of the three ignition coils to be lost in transit. Maybe it fell out in the delivery vehicle? The other two coils and six spark plugs look good. (I don’t like rating this because I don’t think being short was your fault.)
