Easy to take pills, nice soft capsules. Which is a good thing becauase my last brand ... Easy to take pills, nice soft capsules. Which is a good thing becauase my last brand had HUGE pills. A friend had turned me onto nutrivein because we had talked about me disliking huge pills, he told me to try nutrivein. Im glad I did, they seem to work great. I take two pills, once a day with breakfast. Havent been sick in three years (length of time ive been taking vitamin c supplements). Theres something to be said about taking car of yourself. Theyre small, tasteless, fast acting, and easy to take. Go ahead and get it. You'll be glad you did.

In use it was very effective in helping to eliminate the flu like symptoms that I was experiencing. this is the highest mg vitamin .c per serving (meaning i take 1 less pill a day.) ... this is the highest mg vitamin .c per serving (meaning i take 1 less pill a day.) that i have ever found. I was surprised to quickly notice a difference between my "old" vitamin c and this one. As a senior citizen i need all the extra benefits these vitamins offer...COLLAGEN (for the senior citizen skin); ABSORPTION SUPERIORITY (which means i can benefit from the vitamin C much more readily than my regular vit. C.; ANTI- INFLAMMATORY (I take less aspirin every day); CLEARER COGNITION (almost immediately after STARTING TO take these C, I noticed a clearer mind. What I am really I am looking forward to continuing taking these capsules as i want to see if it also helps support my immune system (i.e., decreases allergies, shortens colds, etc. and improves my circulatory system and decreases muscle soreness. I have taken vitamin c for 30 years. If this version of C consistently continues to offer better health benefits,, I will no doubt change my "old" vitamin c for this one. I doesn't hurt that you can pay less with discounts and bulk purchases! I may start this sooner if COVID19 continues!!!
