Overall happy with the transaction. The shoes seemed new as described, but was dirtier than expected. Could be due to the packaging (lack of a box and/or proper insulation). Advice for future is to at least protect the shoe a little if you're just using a shipping bag w/o box. The price was good, and I'll be playing in the shoes, so not a big deal.

I was extremely disappointed that my item was mailed in a plastic mailer because it was heavily damaged by the time I received it. The item hardly fit in the plastic mailer that it was sent in. It is unfortunate that the seller didn’t take further initiative to ensure a safe delivery of the item. Although the item was still “new”, it should’ve been described as “damaged” based on the condition when I received it
