I bought 2 of these to add to my 6 EV ZLX15P self powered speakers for an outdoor show next month. These are not as loud as the EV, but have a lot more bass response. The weight of the speakers make them easy to place on stands, about the same as the EV's. I do like the Bluetooth feature, especially the delay line, which I will use at weddings etc. Overall, I like the EV's better, but these are very acceptable for DJ's and bands.

As a first time buyer I looked up multiple jbl speakers. I was really looking for a regular small Bluetooth speaker till I saw this speaker on YouTube. It's not for all but packs a hell of a punch. Sound is clear and delivers in all aspects. It is powered from a plug and there's no Bluetooth streaming. I got a XLR cable to 3.5 mm jack that is 10 ft long and it's just fine for me. I also bought an alto professional Bluetooth. The Bluetooth work good just that it doesn't let the speaker play full bass as intended. Straight wired is definitely best.

This setup is almost too good. I have it my 50x60 outbuilding out in the country and it projects the sound so well that you can here me forever it seems! The 60degree sound is no joke. I was going to buy another one but It’s almost louder outside than it is inside. Definitely worth the money.
