Of course you'll never know how effective it is until you use it. This is an item you can't test out on anyone due to the danger it causes. But, its a GREAT fit, its the perfect weight, it comes with a belt holster, the LED light is bright as heck, very blinding, the alarm is definitely ear piercing, and the electrodes are extremely loud and powerful LOOKING. I think you'll love it. I actually received 2 units for the price of one. I'll just give one to my mom. You'll never know whose waiting outside of the car at Walmart when she's arriving or when she's getting in the car. Get it, you'll be 1000% satisfied. It is small to fit your hand, and the price was good.
The siren make dog craze. and the light doesn't work unless on put on the stun part of the product. I do like how small it is. It fits nicely in my hand.

The prongs don’t stay in place, also we did use it on a friend didn’t really do anything besides like a quick burn feeling. does not incapacitate. I do not recommend for protection I thought I could rely on this stun gun but unfortunately not
