It does what one would need for it to do. Gives you an alternate source for food. I will be getting more. By the way, the biggest complaint was that it was clumpy and difficulf to mix. I have a mixing cup that came with my Patriot Power Greens - Berry Flavor, and a few shakes and th Hoosier Hill powdered milk is smooth. Highly reccomend.
