This product was great. We got it for my dad for his birthday and he really really enjoys it. It plays well and looks fantastic. The only issue is that a string broke one night for one apparent reason pretty soon after he got it. The case is pretty good. The padding seems to do the job. My parents think we spent more than we actually did because the guitar was in such good condition. :)
