    The NFL Gameday Cookbook by Ray Lampe (2008, Paperback)

    This book is awesome! Some of the best side dishes, appetizers, and Desserts to make for Game parties or other occasions. One caveat however, is many are sized large for serving 8-16 or so. Reduction is easy enough though. The book is subdivided into Team and location specific recipes so you can customize your party menu to reflect the local fare and an Index in the back if you are looking for food specific ideas such as beans or dips. Additionally, this book also gives general team information such as name and location of the stadium, capacities, championships, And other selected team history information. I bought Ray Lampe's guide to ribs, chops, steaks and wings and started looking for more of his work, which led me to this NFL Gameday cookbook. These books have upped my Grilling and ...

    I did not expect what I got. This was a great gift for Christmas to go along with my husbands new grill! Even though it says paperback it is very sturdy! great recipes nd interesting factsabout all NFL football team. I have alread recommended it to several people.
