The seller handled this very well, but this phone was not exactly as described. It was supposed to be dual sim, but was only single sim. The seller refunded after I posted it and they received and checked it. The seller was good to deal with overall however, so I won't mark this as negative - though it wasted a lot of my time i.e. repackaging to send back, driving 10kl to post office (I live out of town), finding parking, and posting item back. Plus I then had to find and wait for phone.
