Brand new as described, played just fine without any incident. Securely packaged in a mailer. Awesome customer service communications, but does take time to arrive. Shipping from S. Korea to Vegas to your destination. It took almost 2-weeks to arrive, just in case you have time constraints. I would buy from again, primarily because their customer service is quick to respond, and helpful.
