I chose this seller because his shipping rates were reasonable compared to others. I received more than I paid for. The packing of each glass was exceptional and more than I was expecting. The packing was not just thrown in there but each glass was individually securely wrapped in packing paper and then enclosed in more than adequate bubble wrap in a bubble wrapped interior of a substantial box. Items were as described with no scratches or chips. Use this seller with confidence.

These crystal goblets were delivered in a timely fashion, wrapped carefully, and arrived in perfect condition. The seller went to a great deal of trouble to protect them and me, even calling me to let me know that the delivery (which required a signature) was out for delivery 2 days earlier than the expected delivery date on the original notice. It was great customer service and the items are gorgeous, as advertised. A great experience.
