Fast and very well packaged delivery of a beautiful autograph. Five ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for that! Unfortunately, I still had to pay customs/import duties of €4.44 plus a €6 Deutsche Post issuing fee, so the autograph was €10.44 more expensive. 😒

So sorry that you have been charged custom / import duties twice. We always put the IOS ID on the address label which should tell customs that the charges have already been paid. Maybe contact them and see if you can reclaim it, if you need any help then please do not hesitate to contact us.
