re-issue vintage style Estes Rocket
This is a faithful reproduction of the first style Mars Snooper Estes Rocket. With real balsa nose cone and fins, with all the correct paper tubes and component parts. Decals are included, glue and paint are not. Although less durable than the modern plastic part flying model kits, it provides a pleasing and educational test of skill in assembly. Assembly will take several days, sanding an sealing porous wood before glue, and then paint. This kit is for the builder who wants a sense of accomplishment and pride of ownership, as opposed to the newer "snap-together" or "ready-to-fly" kits.This is a faithful reproduction of the first style Mars Snooper Estes Rocket. Classic rocket kit
Classic rocket kit reproduced by Semroc. This is a high quality kit made by a great company. I have built many of their kits and they are all great. It is no longer available from Estes so this is the best way to time travel back when you built model rockets as a kid. I highly recommend this kit.

Original Style re-introduced.
I first entered Rocketry in 1967 with my Dad as a young boy. This kit is actually a better version of the original rocket and is great that I could revisit this similar building process. This really takes me back to a wonderful time in my child hood. Thank you!
