I am not only offended by this sellers accusations, I am tempted to sue for slander as well as libel! They have put in print false accusations. I have never, nor plan on ever reselling merchandise. In fact I do not even bother and for all my life I have donated, simply given away unwanted, unneeded items. This item was defective plain and simple and I have a minimum of eight people to testify to this, as well as pictures and a police report of the break in, damage and theft done to my vehicle

We stand by our listing. This product was brand new and factory sealed. You demanded a full refund and that eBay intervene. After requesting you return the item, suddenly you state the item was "stolen" and unreturnable. We have been eBay members for 25+ years, are candid with our listings, and have conducted hundreds of transactions with positive feedback. We believe you have operated in bad faith.
