Item arrived in sealed original packaging and item installed and works perfectly. USPS did this vendor no justice as the whole container was obviously mistreated by them but the product was perfect and that is what matters. Did not hit its original estimated ship date...but I am guessing USPS had an issue overall here so all of that is on them I believe. Vendor did great...I would totally deal with them again happily!

THANK YOU for the discreet package. It’s a Christmas gift for my dad who inevitably opens every box or guesses what every gift is. Your packaging had him so stumped that he thought we’d gotten someone else’s package haha great price for a very cool item. I was shocked by everyone’s seemingly high shipping costs but at 17lbs, no wonder it cost what it does.
