Works as it should has powerful motor for wincing easy to wire up and to install it is one of the best winch I have own it's even better the the 10000lb warn winch I had before this one

Started rough but ended great
Out of the box it is made of good quality materials and solid. I installed it and it didn’t work. I tested voltage and connections and all was correct but nothing worked still. I tapped the motor with a rubber mallet and then it worked great.
