I kept a set at work and at home and I wouldn't have gotten through 6 months of strictly pumping without them. If you run the tubes up out of your shirt collar and don't bend over you are less likely to have back up. That was the only problem I had with them and it was very occasionally, we are talking 4 times in 6 months when I was pumping 8 times a day. Also you have to pour the milk out fast when you are done or it dribbles down the side of the cup. Once you learn the little tricks you will have no issues! These are great! Pump with your shirt on, just tuck them in your bra, plug in and get lost on your computer or watching tv. I was able to work my desk job without missing a beat. No, they do not leak! That was my first worry but they never did, the suction is great. It's also true that you will get more milk, I love that these cups each hold the full 8oz and you could probably squeeze another oz as well.Read full review

I bought these to use with my existing pumps with my third child. As a full time working mom who has made every good attempt at pumping while working long hours, I can really say that these have completely changed my pumping experience and are allowing me to continue breastfeeding where I may have otherwise stopped! I recently used these on a long road trip with our baby, and it was so easy to pump with these. The flange and valve design is pretty ingenious. I have used this with my Medela Freestyle and my Spectra S2. The pump is designed so that you just can shove your existing tubing into the tunnel and you get all of the suction that you need, no adaptors needed! For my Medela Freestyle, I just cut off the yellow end adaptors and it works like a dream. These babies just sit in my bra, and my hands are completely free and I have plenty of freedom of movement. I could pump and reach back from the passenger seat to tend the kids with no problem. The reason I gave it four stars instead of five is because the valve is pretty slow to release the collected milk into the cup. And since the opening for the pump is in the same compartment, I've found that my letdown can fill up that chamber, leading to milk in my Medela pump tubing. So I do have to keep an eye on them; if I see the chambers filling with milk, I just reduce my suction on my pump for a little bit. I wish I could just have my suction all the way up to speed up pumping instead of having to pay so much attention to it, but I am still using pretty much only these Freemies going forward.Read full review

I’ve used many breast pumps and by far this has been my favorite! This review is specifically for just the Freemie collections cups. I love how it’s hands free! The cups slips into your bra so no more holding bottles to your breasts. Bra is needed though to keep in place and proper suction. Each cup holds up to 8oz and poured directly in milk storage bags or bottles. Since the cups slip into the bra it makes pump discreet too, by covering with a scarf or jacket. I use the collection cups at work. Some don’t even realize I’m in the middle of pumping while eating or even while talking to them.. that’s just how discreet these collection cups are!

These are more expensive than I personally think they should be, but I'm willing to pay it because they allowed me to pump so much more milk than other hand-held systems. For some reason with the hand-held bottle and flange set up, my milk never let down very well, but with these, I can pump up to 8 or 9oz in one session! Love the convenience of being hands free also. I have purchased 3 sets of these and will never use anything else. However, calling them "concealable" is a stretch, not that I really care about that anyway since I just use them to pump in my own home.

I'm able to sit and pump discreetly once an eight hour shift which works well for most people but I have an over supply of milk which is great when I can pump and bf whenever is needed but lead to mastitis within a week of returning to work. With this set I am able to pump throughout work and just detach from my pump and tuck the tubes in my pocket whenever needed. The only "downside" I have is I didn't expect them to be so bulky (like 2-3 cup difference when in) so when I do take them out to clean/empty at work it is very noticeable.
