For the most part, it is a decent value for your buck, and my 6 cats do play on it, but my only gripe is that the platforms are a bit small. I have medium to large cats, and they can really only perch on one of the platforms and in the cubby, but they do still use it. Sissel rope wrapped posts are of good quality, and the fabric is very nice and soft. Would give a 5-star if the platforms were a bit bigger.

I like it but the cat toy on the top were cheaply made and kept popping out and my kittens have already taken the balls off of the top i can say it wouldn’t have been worth almost 400.00 dollars value and on sale for 47.00 if that was its original price of it I would expect a little more from it and it also doesn’t look like the picture the paw is all fury mine is not it’s a cheap felt fabric and super thin and I have only had it one day it keeps them from scratching up the furniture the platforms are kind of small, the instructions were not very easy to read. My cat loves it, but she would love it a lot more if the fluffy balls on top would not tangle. The balls don't quite hang out like in the pic, causing the frequent tangling. The "paw" doesn't quite look like a paw and could have used more attention to detail. Other than that, it is a fair value for the price. These things can get quite expensive.

It's a nice tree cat, not very high, but, my kittens love the tree toys at the top and they spend a lot of time playing. My two kittens are just 5 pounds each, they are growing, and the tower is very stable when they jump and play. House and boards a little bit small. Very easy to put together!

I paid less than 30 dollars for this tree during a Black Friday special, but I think it would be a good value for up to 60 dollars. As configured in the photo and the directions, I found it to be a little tippy for 2 energetic kittens aged 8-9 mo. It was easy to redo the set up so the condo level is on the bottom and the heart shaped base is now one level up. I also left off the top small platform to afford my big girl more room. They love the stretchy balls and the sisal scratching posts.
