Zumba during Sequestering!
We are under a stay at home order and I really miss my 3X a week Zumba Classes! You can change your "venue" and have about 15-20 different programs to choose from. It gives you feedback as you "ace" the steps. There are 5 stars on the bottom of the screen and you get rated for each song you dance to. At the end you get a total score, a total calories burned, and maybe a promotion to the next level. There is a main "instructor" facing you, with class members behind them. You just mirror the instructor's movements. There is no audio telling you "good job" or any of that. Your stars are your only feedback. All you hear is the music.There is no floorwork in this CD, that I have found so far. It's quite a good workout, comparable to my usual Zumba classes (550-600 calories per hour). I would ... Better in that it states what songs you have to beat in order to unlock videos. VERY HELPFUL, like the new dances and exercise. This one is better than Zumba Rush and is equivalent to Zumba World Tour. The only thing I don't like is the progress tracker is not as robust as either of the two other games I mentioned. Thanks
