I purchased a Dell computer with a Radeon 9800 Pro graphics card in March of 2004. The computer is still going strong because I purchase the best I can find from brand names. The original card gave out on me in February of 2015..how about that. I search eBay and found another. After all those years, I was worried that I would not find a card that fit my slots. I ordered it and 'popped' it in and it worked from the 'get go'. Thanks to eBay I did not have to experience trying to get comparable or equal card that would fit in my slots.
No problems with the card, although it was different than the 9800 I was replacing. It required separate power, not a problem. I did have some trouble getting a proper driver, as it didn't care for the one that was already there.

I had a old computer, and I needed a video card to download some video dvds. I bought this ATI Radeon 9800 Pro MB Capture card because I though th0is product was good for my purpose, and price was reasonable. When I use it, I came to know that this device required too much electric power. Even I dis not like it much, but it now worked OK to my hobby. LTN
