Shipping time was ok.At first the battery did not seem to hold charge long enough. I put it on charge for a longer period so far it seems OK. I will wait for a third charge once it requires it to see if the charges has done good to extend the life of the battery. So far I can not discredit the supplier until this situation happen.

However, item received came in a plain white box, pouch was not provided as per description, headphones had many scratches, label looks old, and did not look anywhere new but instead looks very well used.
