I have used H&R Block for 20 years to do my taxes, both personal and business. This may be the last year I do so. Both last year and again this year, the installation of the software was a problem. I spent several hours trying different things, to get the Business Tax software to work. It would install, and open the first time, but after updating (as required) the software would load the opening splash screen and freeze. There is also no direct online access to support. Only an online community to self figure out what needs to be addressed to fix problems. Phone support failed completely. Several phone calls were made, and DROPPED just when I was to be connected to someone to actually talk to.

Very accurate and legal. I also use Turbo Tax but H &R is much more difficult to use. The program wants to think for you in place of asking questions. The sale of assets is very difficult. --The state return was done well and the low price made it easy to use as a check on Turbo Tax.
