I bought 2 of these: One for my wife's new PC and one for the new PC that I plan to buy. Almost immediately I received 2 emails, each with the unique product key. Later I received the package containing the CDs, which provide backup if ever needed. The instructions in the email were clear and concise, and it was easy to access the Microsoft web site and install the Office software on my wife's PC using the product key. For basic Office users, this is a wonderful alternative to Office 365 which requires an ongoing subscription payment. With Office Home & Student 2019, you pay one time only. Please note that, although performance enhancements are never sent, Microsoft will send updates related to security. I am extremely happy with my purchase of Office Home and Student 2019!

I hated that my old copies of Microsoft Office no longer worked. Didn't want to buy Office 365 just to open some Word files. This was easy to install and now I can see most of my old files (not the 2003 version ones.).

We updated our computer and had an older version of Microsoft Office on it. We upgraded and the new program is working fine. Our problem is learning to use the new version. Everything is there and it works fine but it is a different format that we need to learn and get used to finding and using the components.

good deal and product does work, but of course if you do not uninstall 365 it causes a conflict because windows shows having both as a issue, and even though I did the uninstall I still had to have Microsoft go in and do somethings behind the scences, keep getting error messages when opening excel, not the products fault, they just do not make it easy to get rid of 365 because they want you to pay the yearly fee

I needed to take my time using the new 2019, since I had been used to using 2007 Microsoft Office Home and Office. Once you get used to the new interface; it's really easy to use, you can, if you want; do Microsoft Office 365, it costs more; but you're doing that through Microsoft. The features are really good, it's smooth and I'm thinking it might have some extra features I hadn't seen before. I'm just glad I got it. The upgrade is good.
