On one end of the cable, one of the LC connector stoppers was misaligned and hence the connector would not seat, the boot was also not connected properly. I took apart the connector and aligned the stopper so the connector would seat properly and still had no luck getting a connection. More debugging and I noticed the fibers were not in the correct order A-- B, B-- A. Had to take apart the connector at one end and swap the fibers to make it work. If these are new, then was no QA done here.

Great fiber optic patch cable
Received the cable extremely fast for something shipping halfway across the country. When it arrived it was in a ziplock back with the fiber dust caps still in place. The cable wasn't kinked or overly bent. Works perfectly. Using seller for rest of fiber optic needs.
