Since I already had Norton 360 installed on my computer (2015 version) I was expecting to just renew with the new product code, but that didn't work. When I attempted to renew, using the new code it wouldn't take and I had to install completely as a new user. This was not really a problem, since the new software deleted the old software automatically after installation anyway. To my estimation it was the long way around but everything worked out fine without a glitch.
