I received this to present to my girlfriend as her Christmas present. She unfortunately is a bit of a technophobe and has been using a laptop which has become a bit long in the tooth. Therefore I was a bit worried about how she'd adapt to such a newer device. First things first, I ran the upgrade to Windows 10 which is much more familiar to a Windows 7 user. Upgrade went quickly with no issues. My girlfriend really quickly adapted to the new device and has been taking it to work where she has been able to utilize it. Really impressed with the weight, display and the keyboard feel. I really don't have anything bad to say about this.

First off it has a stunning display and the speakers sound better than any laptop or tablet i have ever heard. The bad is that it crashes often and does a terrible job with Photoshop, which is the one program I wanted it to run, otherwise I would have gone Android. The font is tiny in PS and no way to make it larger, this is a known issue on W10 tablets. It also won't even open Bridge without crashing, Google Earth doesn't want to run, and Chrome is always hanging up.

I really appreciate this tablet. It is amazing to be able to go back and forth between tablet mode and desktop mode. On top of that, I got this to also be able to run older games and that goes pretty well, too. The only thing that made me sad was it not clicking properly when pressed during those games, but it's better than it not working at all. It doesn't have a lot of space on it so one would need to get a card to expand upon the space. The battery life was also not as long as I would have hoped on top of the cord situation. I have gone through two cords so far. It looks to be sort of a common issue. Thank you so much!

I was a little skeptical about getting an older model of the surface pro. But this was a very good buy for a cheap price. Able to do my sketches and animation with no trouble although I did have to get used to it. The delivery was faster than expected as well! Thankyou
