So I know that slim and lightweight laptops are kind of becoming the norm now, however the alienware 18 harkens back to the days of chunky gaming beasts. This laptop is 12lbs and the absolute best laptop I've ever owned. I've had 3 of them so far and I'd buy another one in a heartbeat. There's something about it that just feels solid and quality made that you don't get with a lot of premium slim laptops these days.
