There have been many versions of Sim City over the years. I bought this game when it first came out way back in 1990 and I have always had a fondness for this version. It still plays better that the more complicated versions that came after and the old style graphics are always a hoot, especially when Godzilla comes to wreck havok to punish you for embezelling funds! Truly a classic and highly recommended if you have an older Mac system to run it on.
I cannot play this game on my macbook pro. my operating system does not support it. The description said it was for macintosh systems, but the os-x system will not run it. I tried to use sheep shaver to run it but had no luck. I will have to buy a newer sim city, maybe sim city 4.
I love this game, I play it for hours. Now I need to get Simcity 2000, 3000 etc. I have windows vista and it playes great. I did'nt know if it would work. You have to save the game alot but other than that, its alot of fun to play.
