Love the Tumi wireless pack for my Z Force. Works well. Gives me about 50% charge from 10% remaining battery. Powering and charging at the same time on the fly. The charge off the battery Mod is better than the quick charge. It lasts longer. Takes longer to get to 50% but you're on the go during charging so I like it better. Mine had some scratches on it but I don't care about that much. Works great.

The Tumi power pack is designed for brand conscious folks, I guess. It is made by Incipio and significantly more expensive than the equivalent Incipio product. The Tumi finish (a pseudo-metal, brushed surface) is slippery and really doesn't look all that cool, yet it costs a premium over the OEM product. Note: this product is NOT CAPABLE of wireless charging. There are two versions, this is battery only. Given the proliferation of wireless charging stations in airports, any traveler is well advised to spend the extra few bucks for the wireless version.

I wanted to be able to wireless charge my z2 force and use the USB C port for headphones, but the unit I received wouldn't see the wireless charger (other phone sees it). Even though I could charge it with a wire, it doesn't have as much capacity as the Motorola turbo power pack mod. The return/refund process was easy and quick, though. After looking at other wireless charging devices, I found that the wire is still the best way to go, for speed and efficiency!

The Tumi Wireless Charging Power Pack Case MotoMod is not really a case, per se, but a device back plate that uses the MotoMod attachment mechanism. It's a MotoMod, so it works on *any* MotoMod-compatible Z phone. I'm using it on a Moto Z2 Play and it works fine. It adds two features: a 2200 mAH battery, and wireless charging, in what should be a stylish, Tumi-branded device that road warrior professionals can appreciate. The battery backup is great. On my Z2Play, the external battery is enough to power a full day's road-warrior work, without depleting the main phone battery at all. Since the Z2 Play has its own 3000 mAh battery, this sets me up for nearly two days of heavy use without charging. The wireless charging also works well. I've used it on a no-name charger received as a giveaway at a trade show, as well as on wireless pads at numerous airports. No weirdness, it just charges. You can also separate the pack from the phone and charge it wirelessly, by itself. A note about charging: when attached to the phone, whether charging wirelessly or using the phone's charge port, the phone battery always charges first. Only when the phone is 100% charged, will the external MotoMod battery charge. So why, at the outset, did I write, "should be" stylish? Because the cool Tumi finish is slippery and makes the phone difficult to hold, especially with the added thickness. Also, the brushed, simulated metal finish is easily scratched and gouged. Since this listing is for refurbished items, count on receiving a unit with cosmetic issues. Incipio makes this product, so the premium you pay is for the Tumi name and style... which doesn't really work out. If I had it to do again, I'd buy the Incipio-branded version.Read full review

Great Product, I like the different Power modes. same size and weight as the "Shell" only Mod. set mine to "not charging" and the Power Pack stays at 100% for about a week if not used. it charges the Phone slowly, so don't let the Phone get to low before switching it on. It also still works with my Magnetic Holder in the Vehicle
