I purchaed this antenna to extend the range of the camera in our barn. We went from no signal to three of four "bars". It does briefly lose connection during heavy rain but otherwise works well. The mount is rather lightweight and the arm could be a bit longer. If mounted on a vertical surface the range of adjustment is limited by the antenna hitting the wall.

No way to test this antenna because it has a bad connector installed. The pin on the connector is instead a female center installed in a male connector! So nothing to contact when screwed to a female connector. It is not broke off, its some wrong connector piece installed wrong. I bought two of these and both are the same. Cant connect to anything! When you do screw it on a female sma connector of course the center conductor is open for the lack of a male pin. Very strange!
