1st unit had broken in the connector. Tried to return-seller offered to send free replacement. 2nd unit received power but no display. Both products appeared physically different than the image when sold (possibly a wrong model or not OEM). Requested refund again. Sent both units back, no response to processing refund in a few weeks. Seller suggested the home base was broken. Purchased another screen from another seller and the unit now works again. Received wrong product twice and and no refund

Full refund initiatd, check it! Crazy! Hard to communicate! Both screens get 2 round testing, but both can't work on his device! On Feb 29, he threatened you must issue full refund before returning 2 screens, or you will get bad review! So we sent him label on that day. Surprisingly, check with warehouse and he sent the screens back. So full refund initiated! And now he did keep his promise and left bad review! OEM? It's not an OEM! We didn't described it an OEM! READ DETAILS ONLINE AGAIN! LIAR!
