If you find the workspace of the latest versions of PsP convoluted, slow to work with, etc, and you just plain want to use the program, go with PsP 9. Works right up to Windows 10 64-bit. Doesn't crash, doesn't have a zillion windows and pallets and other distracting features. Once you get to know the program you'll find it is simple to use, but still has tools for advanced users.
