I used the tablet for 4 days to watch movies on in my house at the end of that time I turned it off for the first time when I turned it back on I was so disappointed to see the whole screen was full of lines and kept just gliching around and jumping. now I am left to get this item fixed. So sad but knew I ran this risk if I bought on eBay. I have learned a valuable lesson.
